And happy easter weekend to you! We get a 4 day weekend here in Switz and instead of traveling somewhere we are using it as an opportunity to enjoy our couch, cook some good food, do some exercising, hang out with the brown dog, etc...it's been rainy too which adds to the awesomeness of staying in the apartment!! We did go to ikea..does anyone else come back with the same things everytime? I always come back with candles, plants and picture frames..always.

Happy Friday kids - that up there makes me laugh. Nothing is new here really - M is in the states for work for the next few weeks (lame). I got to see karaoke last night which always is a good time (I don't sing) and even had a sleepover with a friend (ON A SCHOOL NIGHT!) crazy times here in LU! Have a good w/e friends.

Happy Friday everyone! Can I just say that this month is insane? We have visitors here now for 2 weeks and we'll be traveling, and then we move, and then we have more visitors. yikes. So, if it looks like I've fallen off the face of the planet...that is why! What are you up to this weekend? We are leaving on Sunday for a couple days in Paris. Bon Weekend friends! And congratulations to me that my blog is back after it went missing on Thursday morning! That was super lame. I woke up to find that my email was closed due to suspicious activity - google had to send me a text with a ver code to get back in - but my blogs were gone too - wiped from the Internets without a trace! It was like some movie Matt Damon would be in. After going through a process outlined in the help forums I'm back - but, so not loving blogger anymore. Who do you use to host your blog? And what are you up to this weekend?

Happy Friday and Easter Weekend, what are you up to? Our travel plans this w/e are a huge fail - we were meant to go to Amsterdam but the overnight trains were full because we waited too long to book them...oopsy! So, instead we'll avoid the easter crowds (huge plus), grill out with friends, visit Lausanne and maybe plan our next travels a bit better!

sunday funday

 Orange gauzy sunlight in the apartment - one of my favorite things. The other? That little brown dog (I swear he's happy but this picture makes me laugh).

Hope you guys had great weekends! Our happenings included a chili cook-off (very random) and a Fasnacht (carnival) party. Jen and I managed to throw a costume together in under 24 hours...which is impressive (for me) so stay tuned for pics ;)

Hellooo Saturday, what's up? I'm on the hunt for a bottle of Chianti, I have to take my brown dog for a walk and THEN...and then we celebrate Marks birthday tonight with a whole bunch of people! I even organized it all myself and I hate organizing things because I'm afraid no one will come but EVERYONE is coming so now I feel better. I just have to find something to wear and I have NOTHING, nothing I tell you, not one scrap of clothing in my closet.
