Ok, on Saturday night I had one of the best meals of my life and it's at this hotel that is only a 1 minute walk away which is a super bad thing because now maybe I'll be tempted to sneak down there during the day and just eat all. day. while M is at work and I can do that!
So that picture might look non-appetizing, actually, now that I think about it, I can't tell, all it does is make me want to eat my computer screen. It doesn't help that I'm starving right now. Anyway, so what I had is veal with mushrooms in this amazing mushroomy sauce with vegetables and Rösti (which is basically hashbrowns but so much better and is served with dinners here) and what he had was Roulade beef in a red wine sauce. And the wine...oh my goodness, the best red wine I've ever had.
