Chia Seeds

Lately I've been learning about/discovering the benefits of Chia seeds, so I've been searching for recipes that use them. They are like this crazy super food that I never have known much about - but I'm just going to put them in everything, basically...I made the top left banana pudding this weekend and it was delicious

1. 3 Ingredient Banana Pudding
2. Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding
3. Roasted Chia Cauliflower
4. Chia Seed Peanut Butter Cookies (the least healthy option)

Chia seeds are great because they are packed with fiber, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, Manganese, Phosphorus, protein for vegetarians and they are gluten-free. It's also said that they stabalize blood sugar, regulate appetite, improve sleep, improve blood pressure in diabetics, etc*. Its basically a super food that can only be beneficial to your diet (until a study comes out saying its not ;)
