Milk.
I saw this mega cool branding project on mat's blog and it's weirding me out how much I would appreciate pretty glass milk containers, but whatever, it is what it is - i like pretty things. (Visit that link for more info on the project). I'm also happy with our farmers market version (below) which I save and make things in like cold brewed coffee and sun tea! {Random uninteresting fact for you: the milk from the farmers market tastes wayyyyy more like milk from home than anything we can get in the store here}.
I realize this is a weird post but just go with it!

My father in law buys cream in little glass containers like that. The first time I saw it I went CRAZY in taking pictures. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Still do.
ah cheers for the mention, i'm really glad you decided to share actually. we should embrace things we like and share, that's how people get the credit they deserve in a lot of cases. also glad we share similar interests. i'm doing a giveaway tomorrow and one of the shipping countries in switzerland so look out for it
im totally obsessed with glass bottles, esp old milk bottles too. they are just so charming.
TOtally understand your fascination with these milk bottles! and that's actually quite interesting that the milk tastes different there.. wonder why that is!
love this bag!

Cool Norwegians there are many off if i say so myself :)
yes! i wish milk still came in glass bottles!!
I love those glass bottles! My grandparents had a dairy farm and we used to get milk in those glass bottles all the time.
I have completely turned into my parents, too. Remember when we took a horse & buggy to school, remember when pop was a nickel, remember...GOOD LORD I'M OLD AS THE HILLS!
I feel you on this. What's happened to all the pretty things?
it is what it is - i like pretty things --> I want these words on a shirt. Or a poster. :)
I love these bottles, too! And I've missed your pretty blog! :)
They looks really cute :D xx
I think milk in a bottle should be how they sell milk again. This is just too cute.
the comp is up, get some of your switz chums to enter too! share and share alike
It's not a weird post, I'm loving the glass bottles/ design as well. I also love the glass that the farmers market milk comes from. :)
not weird! I looooove bottles and vases and all things vintage/pretty. Love it!

I bet milk tastes better from a glass container.
Chic on the Cheap
I know what you mean, I even like Starbucks frapucinos that come in the clear bottles, ha! Have a wonderful weekend!

When I was younger we always got milk delivered - you could leave a note outside in the carton to let the milkman know how much/what you wanted and my sister and I would sometimes put a note so that we could get chocolate milk!

i've always been obsessed with pretty glass milk containers, haha! i kinda wish the milk we buy comes in those -- the milk we buy comes in those big not-so-pretty plastic containers. ;)

i've always loved the sexy silhouette of these milk bottles and they're vintage:-).
i am always on the hunt for beautiful kitchen pieces for photo styling and to just enjoy looking at everyday. too cute.
ok, I looove milk and looove these bottles.
I would also buy it in a heart beat just to reuse them.
beautiful work.
I love those bottles too ... there's just something about the simplicity and cleanliness of the design.
How lucky you are to have 'real' milk available to you ... though then again I'm a soy drinker at the moment anyway. ;)
Good branding does make things taste better.
Love these milk bottles! I'd quite like it if they were filled with something surprising, like shampoo, or coconut cream!
I kind of wish we could go back to the days of delivered milk jugs:)
