I was going to be all cute and vacation themed to post about my 'vacation essentials' or whatever, but a) i don't think i'm a cutesie type blogger and b) this is just basically my daily routine (just missing normal perfume and lotion). So here you go...vacation or daily or whatever, these are my favorite products at the moment. Do you have something I should be trying??

1. Sephora Water Proof Eye Makeup Remover from Sephora
2. St. Ives Apricot face Scrub from Target (my favorite)
3. Dry Shampoo. From anywhere, because i'm not drying and straightening my hair everyday. "ain't nobody got time for that!"

4. Tea Tree Skin Clearing (face) Lotion from The Body Shop
5. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion

6. Maybelline yellow concealing stick
7. Bare Escentuals Mineral Foundation
8. Eye Shadow from Sephora
9. Black Eye Pencil from Mac
10. Colossal Mascara
11. H&M blush (Tawny Rose)

12. Buxom lip gloss from Sephora
13. Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Scent Spray (keeping it light for vacation)

Thanks for the tip on eye make-up remover , I've been looking for a good one!

is the eye makeup remover oily? I've been looking for so long for something that works for me, but I get eye infections easily, and I always just end up using makeup removing wipes.

thank you for not being cutesie. for real.

I'm a big fan of St. Ives apricot scrub as well - the scrub is all natural too, which helps!

Oh man, you have an awesome beauty routine. I'll be honest, I love that mascara but could never get it off... until I went to sleep and it stained all our pillows. Sigh. It looks so good though!

About your comment... that would make my year and console my heart that I don't have a private pool.

Great stuff here! I have to have dry shampoo and right now I'm loving the Suave Keratin Infusion. It's inexpensive and works like a charm!

I'm not one for 'preening' myself - (how anyone has time for that....!?!?) but I do swear by St Ives Collagen Elastin advanced body moisturiser. Feels like I have given my skin a thirst quenching drink. Now, I always make time for that!

I love Palmers and it was a life saver for me when I was pregnant (congrats to you by the way!) I used it religiously every single night and day. Another lifesaver was Clarins body oil. A friend recommended it and when I went to the clarins counter I just mentioned the oil and she knew exactly what I was talking about bc women apparently purchase it all the time for stretch mark prevention. I don't have ONE mark on my belly and I'm convinced it's bc of my almost obsessive use of creams, oils, etc. :)

For moisturizer I'm a huge fan of Aveeno (face and body) and also Estee Lauder Day Wear and EL Advanced Night Repair that I use all day and night.

And of course that apricot scrub is an oldie but goodie. I've been using it since I was a teenager (a long, long time!) and I've always loved it.

thank you so much for visiting my blog...so glad you did bc it led me here! Hope you're having a wonderful holiday.
