Who posts pictures of coats that she loves in August? me, yo! I buy way too many versions of coats, it's annoying to my small coat closet and to Mark but I just keep on...keeping on. Anyway, this is random.

P.S. Do you have any recommendations for things to do in Oslo or Kristiansand (Norway)? Because I leave Friday on a very spontaneous trip! We are spending some time on our own then meeting up with M's sister and her friend (who are flying over for some fun of their own) to visit some distant relatives of M's in Stavanger. I am so excited...except this is NOT the beach holiday I was dreaming of...which is maybe why coats are making their way here..

This looks like a hunting coat. Well, the deer are still rampant here. Aw, the thought of fall days.

I love the color and the leather accents! It really makes this coat stand out.

Have fun in Norway! Spontaneous trips are the BEST.

I have no clue what to do in Norway but I met a ton of dancers from that area this summer and they seriously were the funnest people ever.

I'm never one to judge a love of coats, even in the summer...and my husband is just as bad as I am which works out quite well for me, not so well for our closets! This one is quite unique!

I am constantly drooling over coats too ... but I don't actually own a winter coat and, instead, prefer the lack of confinement down vests afford {which I know is crazy and impractically as Wisconsin winters reach frigid temps}

I need more coats in my coat closet! :[ I think I only have two but that doesn't really keep me warm in cold winter nights :[ On the other hand, I'm so jealous that you have a lot!

Loooove the coat!

Oslo is fun fun fun!
You need to go out in the Grunerløkka area... Nice café´s and bars etc.
As "Teas, passports and Postcards" says, the Vigeland park is a must.
The "Øya"- festivale is this weekend so it´s gonna be a lot of people in town.
Oslo is a great place to just walk around.

What a perfect coat for autumn! My recommendations for things to do in Oslo would be to go to the opera building roof, dine at the Ekeberg Restaurant (http://www.ekebergrestauranten.com/en/) and go for a walk on Aker Brygge. Enjoy your trip!

Oh yes I'm totally the same when it comes to coats, I want to have them in all shapes and colours and Patrick is annoyed by it as well because I have to use a part of his wardrobe for them, haha ;)

This coat above is beautiful, I love the colour and elbow patches so muuuch!

I've been eyeing fall (and some winter) clothes too. unfortunately in la we don't have much of a fall or winter. I wish I had a good excuse to buy some fall fashion.

I definitely have a coat fetish. Too bad they are harder to store and hide from the hubby. :)

Hope your enjoying your new home and job.

Amazing coat inedeed :)

And what are you doing, going to Oslo now that we just moved away?! Hmpf!
On a more serious note there is a fun festivalø going on there this weekend (Øya) but I doubt you can get tickets thir late. Other that that I would recomend the Sunday Market at 'Blå' if you are there this Sunday. And Vigelandsparken is always a treat!

Hugs,
Signe
