Moleskin Art

Wednesday, February 16, 2011

So some artists actually drew/painted these...in a moleskin. Impressive! I think it would annoy me that it was trying to close all the time, know what I mean? You can see a lot more examples here

Well now, I'm off to run some errands around rainy Luzern (which is beautiful). We are apartment searching (we live outside of the city now) which is turning out to be more like an olympic sport. It's very competitive and you have to be ready! And aggressive! And prepared! (all while not speaking fluent german!)

I love just about every moleskin piece of artwork I've seen.. love it all minus the moleskin. Do they really use mole's skin?! Ugh..

I know what you mean about the apartment search! We were told by this one guy to come by on Monday, an hour before we were supposed to be over there, he said he'd already SOLD it and it was the first day he announced he was selling it!

That is impressive! I must admit, I do love moleskine notebooks, but I know what you're saying about them always trying to close up on you ; )

I totally know what you mean about it trying to close all the time! HA! I am always so impressed with people who can draw because I have NO artistic skills whatsoever.

Wow, that is very impressive!! I admire the artists who did that! Being prepared and aggressive! Ah, the qualities I want to develop for myself. Maybe not aggressive because I'm really bad at it. Wishing you the best on your apartment hunting! xxoxoxoo
