Swiss Sundays: The Fog

Sunday, October 17, 2010

For the past week and a half or so, where I live in Switzerland has been smothered with this grey damp moody fog - and I think it's absolutely gorgeous. I had to show you these two pictures because the sun isn't far away even though it appears to be so - all you have to do is climb a mountain for some blue skies, sunshine - and the added bonus of looking out over a huge sea of fog - it's pretty amazing! I'm thinking it's kind of the next best thing to being by an ocean =)

It's very beautiful and magical. I bet you've taken a lot of morning strolls ever since the fogs have rolled in. It's sad to think we don't get fogs like that here but I wish we did.

well at least the area that I live in, maybe up north in the mountains.

I bet it's just plain mystical and mysterious seeing the ships all covered in a gigantic ball of fog. Thank you for considering in buy a bracelet or even just checking out their website. What Invisible Children is doing is just plain wonderful. We often live in our own little lives trying to put aside in what is going on in the countries below us. Adam is feeling better know. He has been having really bad headaches all day and I fear that he will not focus in school tomorrow but I hope they go away soon. I don't like seeing him in pain.

Hey girl, how's it going? So funny story, when I read your comment I let out an audible "Awwww" and the roommates said, "What?" And I told them and they laughed and I said, "I know, I know," (because I've mentioned you before), "I'm not one of those people who meets people online and calls them my friend....but I totally am. I wish I could meet Krystal." Hahaha, it was quite amusing. I was touched to hear from you. I'm doing really well and hope you are too! I'll blog soon :)
