Good luck! Maybe try to find that couch and take a nap on it :)

Catita said...

oh! i am sorry for that, I was in that situation not so long and just ended up staying at my old job and changed departments instead. But you know it is always when you least expected or the company you didn't even remember you applied that will call you so all I have to say is hang in there. And thrust me once you do get a job you will miss your time off! Of course now you probably wish you had a job but life is ironic like that. And that couch I would say anytime of the day PLEASE!

andrea said...

i'm with you on that! i'd love to work somewhere else other than where i'm working. but the interviews i've gone on, they say they love my work but can't hire me because they can't afford to hire anymore staff :/

i hope you find something!

and yes, that couch is freaking awesome :D

I hope you find a job soon. I've been looking for a new job myself, for 12 years. I've actually worked for the same company and keep trying to find something "better". However, I found the job I have works best for my lifestyle and personality... Until I can start my own store! :) Hang in there! Something will come your way!

awh a pillow couch, just what my husband wants.

Stacey said...

First, i am sorry that there wasn't any reciprocity with your degree(re the interview post), so now that has probably made your job search more restrictive...Anyway, i'm sure you'll find a job( you strike me as the determined type). Yes, that couch seems like the perfect spot to go down for the count:-).

firepages said...

Oh, I would never want to leave this couch. I could place the couch by the door for easy access to the mail, and then plug in a small refrigerator next to it for food and water. I guess there is a fault in my plans... I'd have to get up and go to the bathroom at some point!

As far as your job interview, I'll give you the advice that my Buddhist friend gave me while I was job hunting. "If the job is yours, no one will be able to take it away from you." Keep at it, you will find something soon!

good luck! yes, it's totally frustrating...
